Barium sulfate protection construction process for ground and wall
1. Construction preparation
(1) Cement: ordinary cement is used.
(2) Sand: medium sand shall be used. The particles shall be hard, clean and free of impurities. The mud content shall not exceed 30%.
(3) Barium sulfate: select high-quality and qualified barium sulfate products.
(4) 107 construction glue shall be provided with factory certificate and can only be used after passing the site acceptance.

2. Construction operation process
(1) Clean the surface particles and loose attachments after watering the wall and ground;
(2) Add according to the dosage required by the mix proportion. The weight mix ratio is: barium sulfate: cement: 107 building glue = 100:25:2, that is, every 4 bags of barium sulfate (each bag weighs 50kg) are mixed with 1 bag of cement (each bag weighs 50kg) and 4kg 107 building glue, and mixed evenly;
(3) The thickness of each plastering shall be controlled between 15mm and 20mm to avoid rapid air drying;
(4) Subsequent construction only needs to be cured according to normal construction procedures.
3. Quality requirements
(1) Guaranteed items
The variety and quality of materials must meet the design requirements and the provisions of construction and acceptance specifications, and the mortar mix proportion must be accurate.
(2) Basic items
The plastered surface should be smooth, clean, uniform in color, free of plastering lines, straight and square, clear and beautiful, and free of cracks, peeling, pitting and sanding.
(3) After the barium sulfate protective layer reaches the final strength, the waterproof layer (such as the equipment layer) and the concrete pouring layer shall be constructed.
4. Prevention and control measures
(1) The base treatment before plastering is one of the keys to ensure the plastering quality, which must be done carefully.
The mortar residue, dirt, oil stain of release agent, salt precipitation, alkali flashing, etc. on the surface of the base course shall be removed. Generally, the oil stain isolating agent can be cleaned with 5% - 10% concentration of caustic soda water first, and then with water; For the base layer with salt precipitation and alkali pantothenation, it can be cleaned with 3% oxalic acid solution. Obvious concave convex parts on the base surface
